●受注生産ですので、 商品の特性上、ご購入者様のご都合により、サイズ変更・カラーやイメージが違う、 実寸が違う等の理由でのご返品、交換などは一切対応できかねます。 商品の欠陥や初期不良など、当社原因による場合には、お客様のお手元に到着後3日以内であれば、未使用品に限り、返品・交換を承ります。
●メーカーの都合により、 商品細部のデザインや素材が変更される場合がございます。 お気になるお客様はご購入をお控え下さい。
● 掲載している商品画像はできる限り実物に近いカラーを掲載しておりますが、PCの利用環境、撮影環境などにより、 お色目等少々異なる場合がございます。
●大きいドレスの場合、1000個以上の待ち針を使用しています。1点ずつ金属検査機を使用して丁寧に検品しておりますが、待ち針を残すケースがございました。今後、その様なことが無いよう、細心の注意を払って検品しておりますが、商品を開封しお箱から出して着用する際はご確認お願い致します。

●Detailed design and materials of the product may be changed due to the manufacturer's circumstances. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it.
● Although the colors of the posted product images are as close to the actual product as possible, the colors may differ slightly depending on the PC usage environment and shooting environment.
●For a large dress, we use more than 1000 pins. We carefully inspect each item using a metal inspection machine, but there were cases where pins were left behind. In the future, we will pay close attention to the inspection so that such a thing will not happen, but please check when you open the product and take it out of the box and wear it.

キャンセル・返品・交換について
●商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、 キャンセル・返品は基本的には返品はお承りできません。予めご了承ください。不備がある場合、 お直しか良品と交換のみ可能です。
※やむをえない事情の為キャンセル・ご返品が必要な場合は商品代金の60%を手数料にて頂戴致します。
●交換につきましては、 お届け日から5日以内にご連絡お願いします。 返送発送は商品到着より7日以内にお願いいたします。
こちらの期間を過ぎますと交換のお受けできかねます。
●サイズオーダーは、 お客さまからお知らせ頂いたサイズにて製作させて頂きますので、ご予約商品の返品交換はお受けできかねます。
●サイズオーダーは、製作の際、 お客さまからお知らせ頂いたサイズにて製作させて頂きます。 お客さまからご提示されたサイズで身体にフィットしたサイズのドレスをお仕上げ致しますので、ご提示サイズ後に体重の変化や測り間違い等でご着用できない場合、ご返品、 ご交換などはお断りしております。
Cancellation/return/exchange
●Unless the product is defective, cancellations and returns are basically not accepted. Please note. If there is a defect, it can only be repaired or replaced with a non-defective product.
*If cancellation or return is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, 60% of the product price will be charged as a handling fee.
●For exchanges, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please return the product within 7 days from the arrival of the product.
We cannot accept exchanges after this period.
●We cannot accept returns or exchanges of pre-ordered items, as we will manufacture the size order according to the size that the customer has informed us.
●When making the customized size, it will be made according to the size provided by customers. Because the dress that is suitable for the body size is finished according to the size presented by the guests, if you can't wear it due to weight change or measurement error after presenting the size, you are refused to return or replace it.
