返品について
●オーダー製品なので、 商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、キャンセル・返品は基本的に返品はお受けできかねます。不備がある場合、 お直し、又は良品と交換でご対応させていただきます。
※やむをえない事情の為キャンセル・ご返品が必要な場合は商品代金の60%を手数料にて頂戴致します。
About returns
●Since this is an order-made product, we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the product is defective. If there is a defect, we will repair it or replace it with a non-defective product.
*If cancellation or return is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, 60% of the product price will be charged as a handling fee.
●明らかに商品説明と異なる商品、 著しい破損・著しい汚れが見られる場合については返品・交換をお受けしております。
※但し、お客様ご自身で商品をお直しに出され、 お届けした時と商品の状態が変化している場合、 また商品をご使用頂いている場合、 商品返品をお受けできかねます。ご注意ください。
●Returns and exchanges are accepted for products that are clearly different from the product description, or for products that are significantly damaged or significantly soiled.
*However, if the customer has sent the product for repair by themselves and the condition of the product has changed from when it was delivered, or if the product has been used, we cannot accept the return of the product. Please be careful.
●お客様ご自身で、 商品のお直しに出され発生した代金について、 当店による負担 お客様へのお支払いは、一切行っておりませんことを予めご了承ください。
●Please note that we do not make any payment to the customer for the cost incurred for repairing the product by the customer.
●また、 返品条件に適合する商品について、 ご利用日までお時間が無く、 ドレスのお直し等の修理対応が難しい場合は、 返品のみの受付とさせて頂いております。
●In addition, if there is no time until the date of use and it is difficult to repair the dress, etc., we will only accept returns for items that meet the return conditions.
※以下は返品の条件と見なしておりません。
（1）部分的な糸のほつれ
（2）製作中に発生するペンの跡やシミ
（3）お客様による採寸ミス・体型の変化によりサイズが合わない場合
（1）～（3）に準ずるものやお客様ご都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けできません。

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that conform to (1) to (3) or for customer convenience.
●交換につきましては、お届け日から5日以内にご連絡お願いします。返送発送は商品到着より7日以内にお願いいたします。
※こちらの期間を過ぎますと交換のお受けがきません。

●サイズオーダーは、 お客さまからお知らせ頂いたサイズにて製作させて頂きますので、 ご予約商品の返品交換はお受けいたしておりません。

●サイズオーダーは、 製作の際、 お客さまからお知らせ頂いたサイズにて製作させて頂きます。 お客さまからご提示されたサイズで身体にフィットしたサイズのドレスをお仕上げ致しますので、 ご提示サイズ後に体重の変化や測り間違い等でご着用できない場合、 ご返品、 交換などはお受けできかねます。
●When ordering a size, the product will be made according to the size that the customer informs us about. We will finish the dress in a size that fits the body according to the size presented by the customer, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the dress cannot be worn due to changes in weight, measurement errors, etc. .
●セール品、 キャンペーン商品については、 返品・交換を受け付けておりませんので予めご了承ください。

●小物の返品については、未開封の新品のみ受け付けております｡

●全ての商品の返品の際に返金差し上げる金額は、商品の往復送料及び代引き手数料等の諸費用を含まない、 商品のみの金額となります。 予めご了承ください。
